Description: CurrencyFair needed a new space to house over 125 employees and chose the team of Azure to fit-out their new office home. Construction was performed on the 1st and 2nd floors of this building. From the outset, we embraced their vision and created an office that offers a combination of different sorts of environments. Thinking private spaces, collaborative spaces and open spaces – the finished project allows staff to choose the environment that is right for the task in hand.

The colour palette is minimal and monochrome creating a sleek and sophisticated feel. With bespoke joinery and high specification technological solutions, the design embodies each aspect of Azure’s simplistic philosophy.

Main Key Features
The finished 17,000sq ft space is an open plan layout with glass-fronted offices. The fit-out also includes a training centre with the latest A/V systems as well as; many private offices/break rooms, an executive board room, a large canteen as well as open pantries and a funky recreational area for employees to unwind.

The mechanical and electrical work included alterations to existing office air conditioning to suit new layout, New Electrical Power Supply installation to serve Comms Room, alterations to existing office electrical services to suit new layout.
