Construction, Refurbishment and Fit Out Projects. We have the expertise and resources to plan and execute fit out projects with the most demanding of programmes whilst simultaneously undertaking the most difficult refurbishment and construction shell works & alterations.

Construction – New Build

PROFILES
Liam Fogarty
MSCSI, MRICS, Dip Proj Mgt
Liam is a Chartered surveyor specialising in Project Management and has spent the last 23 years managing construction projects ranging in value from €100k to €80m.
Liam is a former Regional Director of one of the largest construction companies in the the Republic of Ireland and has been responsible for managing many complex projects such as Carton House Hotel (€82m) and Wexford County Council HQ (€60m).
Liam graduated in 1997 with an Honours degree in Quantity Surveying and subsequently gained his Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Trinity College in 1999. Following this Liam then went on to gain his ‘Chartered’ status from the society of Chartered Surveyors. Liam’s experience has given him the ability to manage and deliver high end turn key projects where the focus is on Design, Quality, time and budget.
Liam was awarded ‘CIOB Construction Manager Of The Year 2001’ for his work on the refurbishment of Leinster House and has spent many years specialising in high end fit out works in all sectors.
Liam’s strengths are in his understanding of a project and his determination in seeing things through. He is an avid fan of good design and has to date worked with some of the finest design firms in Ireland and abroad.
Adrian McDermott
MSCSI, MRICS
Adrian is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and has over 23 years experience working within the construction industry, both nationally and internationally and has developed a wide range of skills during that time. Adrian has a project portfolio which includes working in sectors such as healthcare, residential, leisure and large commercial developments ranging in value from €1million to €100million. Adrian Graduated from University in 1998 with an honours degree in Quantity Surveying.
Prior to the establishment of Azure Contracting Ltd, Adrian gained valuable financial management experience working in one of Ireland’s leading property development and construction firms. Adrian managed a number of award winning multi-million euro projects. He has more recently worked on the Athletes Village development in London for the 2012 Olympic Games as a Commercial/Project Manager.
Adrian is renowned for his ability to pro-actively deal with all aspects of contract management. He has a proven track record in areas such as budget control, project planning, quality control and implementing health & safety and best construction practice.
